Motor has a square type flange for mounting the pump. 4 non-threaded bolts holes in flange. Motor is found on many in ground pool pumps such as PacFab Challenger, Whisperflo, Pentair. Replaces Century/AO Smith B854, B2854, F56C20Z01, F56AA40A01, 7-F56AA40A01-24 US Electric Equivalent EB854. Effective July 19, 2021 the US Dept of Energy regulations on single speed, two-speed and booster pumps go into effect.
